Chinese midfielder Zheng Zhi is coming back to Charlton after a £2 million fee was agreed with his club Shandong Luneng.

26-year-old Zhi was on loan at The Valley last season but after the club's relegation, he decided that he wanted a move back to The Premiership.

With no offers coming in though, a deal has been struck with The Addicks which means the versatile, hard-working player is on his way back to London to sign a contract in SE7.
